Orders may be e-mailed to orders@digipg.com Factory is not responsible for any server
malfunction that affects receipt. Factory is also NOT responsible for omitted information
on the order. All documents transmitted/delivered after 12pm Noon EST will be
considered as received next business day.

FAXED ORDERS:
Faxed orders are accepted as original orders. Any written confirmation of a faxed order
must be marked "CONFIRMATION OF FAX - DO NOT DUPLICATE" to avoid duplication
of order. Factory is not responsible for any fax malfunction that affects receipt and/or
omitted information on the order. All documents transmitted/delivered after 12pm Noon
EST will be considered as received next business day.

RUSH ORDERS:
Rush Service is available and requires prior approval by Factory. Contact Customer
Service for availability. All documents transmitted/delivered after 12pm Noon EST will be
considered as received next business day. Same-Day Service is not available.
For Items with a 7 Day Lead Time:
3 Business Days from Receipt of Proof Approval = $60
2 Business Days from Receipt of Proof Approval = $95
1 Business Day from Receipt of Proof Approval = $150
For Items with a 10 Day Lead Time:
3 Business Days from Receipt of Proof Approval = $60
2 Business Days from Receipt of Proof Approval = $95
1 Business Day from Receipt of Proof Approval = $150

ORDER MINIMUM/PRICES:
There is a $25 minimum per order requirement. Prices and Lead Times posted subjected to change
without notice.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
No changes will be accepted on scheduled day of shipment.

PAYMENT TERMS:
All orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards (cc authorization form). Checks may also be mailed with orders.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard Lead Times are listed for each product on their respective pages and subject
to capacity and inventory levels. Factory reserves the right to adjust lead times without
notice. Production begins upon receipt of: Complete Purchase Order/Signed Quote,
Payment, Production-Ready Artwork, and Approval of Proof (if required). All documents
transmitted/delivered after 12pm Noon EST will be considered as received next business
day.

SUBSTITUTIONS:
Due to unavoidable style modifications and enhancements, products of comparable cost
and style for those illustrated may be substituted. We reserve the right to withdraw any
product offering without prior notification.

TRADEMARKS:
Artwork shown is for illustrative purposes only. By submitting a order and artwork to the
Factory, the customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate
applicable laws or client restrictions and hereby holds the Factory harmless.

MULTIPLE DROP-SHIP ADDRESSES OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS:
A $3.75 fee will be added for each additional address after the first, plus all applicable
shipping and handling.

U.S. MAIL SHIPMENTS:
Orders requesting shipping through the United States Postal Service require an $18.75
handling charge plus all applicable shipping and handling.

INSURANCE:
Insurance against freight damage in transit or loss of shipment is available as an option
on orders of $100 or more. Contact Customer Service for additional information on this
service. Insurance will be added to invoice is shipper number is not supplied.

WARRANTY:
All products are designed to provide the user with a cost-effective and durable product.
Unless otherwise stated, standard warranty is a 'one year parts and labor' warranty which
warrants product against defects in material and workmanship (hardware only). It does
not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Digital Printing
Group products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion.

CLAIMS/RETURNS:
Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Factory reserves the right to not honor any claims not reported within 48 hours. Returns will
not be accepted after 90 days and cannot be returned without prior authorization from
factory. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Factory is not responsible
for lost, damaged, or delayed merchandise. It is the responsibility of the Carrier. Contact
